A lot of companies pay lip service to acceptance, but Fíonta puts real effort into curating a culture/environment where ideas are welcome and there is no one-size-fits-all notion of what makes a good employee.

Our Values

  • Assume positive intent
  • Do what's right even when hard
  • Meet people and organizations where they are
  • Be conscientious
  • Always be improving

Fíonta is the most ethical company I have known. At times it can be really tough, but the reward is that we always do right by our clients and our peers.

Culture

Fíonta is a team and every member feels it at every level. We support each other, care for each other and enjoy each other as people and colleagues. Everyone is hard working, focused, dedicated and just so smart, which makes this a real community of people who work hard and want to do good work for important organizations.

Benefits

Fíonta worked with me upon hiring to ensure my start date allowed me not to have a gap in coverage because they valued me as a person before I even started. This reinforced that I made a good decision when joining the team.

Growth

I have been with Fíonta since 2014 and have seen us grow fivefold since then. It has been extraordinary to witness us evolve and grow with so much grace. It has always been obvious to me that with every change and growth spurt, taking care of our employees and nurturing our values is always the top priority.

Flexibility

I have worked remotely for most of my career. This is the most empathic, connected, transparent and familial place I’ve had the fortune to work at. I am respected and given the responsibility, leeway and trust to do the best job that I can.

Jesse Firestone / Senior Web Developer

Pledge 1%

Through our participation in Pledge 1%, employees can utilize 1% of their work hours in pursuit of individual volunteerism. In our first Pledge 1% year, employees recorded just shy of 500 hours of volunteerism and many of us included our partners and family!

Join our team

In addition to working with great clients, we’ve developed a culture-by-design that emphasizes our fundamental core values and gives our team members autonomy to make decisions and do the right thing.

We're proud of our work

We are working with Lever for Change, a nonprofit who matches philanthropists with problem solvers to accelerate social change, to design their Salesforce instance to help them do what they do more efficiently. How cool is that? Also, everyone we have met at LFC is just a gem of a human and it makes every interaction with them so lovely.

I love working with the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities because their mission is important and I learn so much just from being around their site a lot. Education is really special to me, so any of our clients who prioritize education and education policy are close to my heart.

Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute has a special place in my heart because they were our first Fonteva implementation. They were super hands-on and eager to learn, which was a big part of the project’s success.

Katie Jones / Senior Salesforce Consultant

All of the clients I have worked with are incredible in their own way, addressing unique causes and making the world a better place. My favorite is the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI), which provides a huge platform for helping people with mental illness. Whenever I see a brochure of NAMI in the places I volunteer, it gives me so much pride and joy that I work with them.
