DESCRIPTION:Join us for the next session in The Modern Synagogue webinar series\, The Full Member Lifecycle\, on August 13th from 1:30 to 2:30pm ET. This session addresses two topics important to synagogues: the member lifecycle and the synagogue console. Jordan Berger\, VP of Delivery at Fíonta\, will demonstrate how Agentforce for Nonprofits supports a member’s full journey through the synagogue and the console staff use to manage it. \nThe session opens with religious school enrollment\, portal actions\, and the Hebrew school roster\, carrying through to bar mitzvah. From there it moves into yahrzeit\, showing how a family or the office sets up a reminder and how that reminder is later managed through the yahrzeit admin screen when the date comes due. \nThe second half shifts into the console itself\, focused on the tabs that save staff the most time\, including letters and statements and the events console\, closing with a look at generating 200 year-end statements in under a minute with no copy-paste required. \nWe are excited to announce our special guest Mike Brown\, Salesforce Lead Strategic Solution Engineer for Nonprofits\, who will provide additional insights and answers about the platform and it’s capabilities.
