Headed to NTEN’s National Technology Conference (NTC) in New Orleans!
The Nonprofit Technology Network’s (NTEN) annual conference (NTC) will be held in New Orleans from April 11-13, 2018. With over 100 educational sessions and 123 exhibiting vendors, there’s something for everyone at this exciting event.
On April 10th, Fíonta is sponsoring a pre-conference day of learning. Drupal Day is a full-day event geared toward folks who either currently manage, or are considering migrating to, the Drupal Content Management System (CMS). The sessions are a great fit for web content managers, professional service providers specializing in the nonprofit sector, in-house nonprofit software developers, and staff responsible for managing online programs and applications. Gordon Withers, Fíonta’s director of web services, will lead a presentation called Integrating Salesforce and Drupal.
A Drupal Day ticket can be purchased with a full NTC registration for only $20! If you have already registered for NTC, simply log in to your account and add the event to your cart. If you haven’t, registration is still open and NTEN provides a helpful “Justification Toolkit” if you need some extra support when speaking to your boss or finance department!
Come visit Fíonta at booth 517, right by the Microsoft Lounge in the center of the exhibit floor. We’re excited to see familiar faces and to meet other wonderful nonprofits. As always, we are looking forward to talking about how Salesforce, Pardot, Salesforce.org’s newest offering called Mission Launch, and human-centered design are transforming the nonprofit landscape.
What’s This About Pardot and Mission Launch?
Pardot is robust marketing automation software that provides a 360-degree view of individual supporter behavior across your organization’s website, social media, and other digital channels. Customized email marketing, landing pages, and forms can all be designed and managed within Pardot, and all user interactions are recorded at the contact level.
Create email nurture campaigns to deliver personalized and relevant communications at scale – then trigger additional communications, add user(s) to list(s), adjust the user’s engagement score, send the user to a member of your Development team in Salesforce, etc., all based on response. At the end of the day (or a campaign, a fiscal quarter, or practically any other period you can define), easily view return on investment (ROI) reports in Pardot and understand exactly how a particular initiative performed. And, because Pardot is a Salesforce product, you can rest easy knowing that data will flow between the two seamlessly. The possibilities are endless.
Mission Launch
Salesforce.org has recently announced Mission Launch – an exciting set of technologies designed to help organizations/associations build capacity and scale with ease. Manage programs and relationships, measure your mission, and collaborate with individuals and teams using Salesforce (the world’s #1 Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system), Pardot (marketing automation), and Quip (real-time collaboration) – all in one package. Mission Launch is available now and is discounted for nonprofit organizations. Contact Fíonta for more information and details about cost and impact!
More about Pardot & Mission Launch
Fionta DC has moved!
2018 has already ushered in big changes here at Fíonta. We recently moved into our new corporate office at 1150 18th Street, NW near Farragut Square, just a couple of blocks from the Farragut North station on Metro’s Red Line. The new office allows us to spread out, gives us room to grow, and provides a fun opportunity to make the space our own.
First event on the horizon? An office warming party where we hope to see as many of your faces as possible! Come help us warm the office and celebrate on Thursday, April 19th from 4-7pm. We’ll be eating, drinking, and socializing with bubbly, non-alcoholic bubbly, and lots of festive food!
