Webinar: Get Ready to Move…Your Data
What’s the worst part of moving to a new house? If you answered packing, you are definitely not alone. The prep, the wrapping, the boxing: it can all be so incredibly tedious. And yet, if you prepare to pack – get rid of what you don’t need, organize what you do – your move will be more successful.
Moving data from one Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solution to another is the same. Cleaning, sorting, and organizing your data well prior to a data migration can save you time and money. Better, your implementation will be more successful.
Join Fíonta on Tuesday, September 14 at 11am PT / 2pm ET to learn about key activities that can be managed internally before you ever talk to a data migration engineer. Advance registration is required.
The Way We Work is Changing
A bimonthly blog series written by Fíonta CEO Mark Patterson.
The way we work is changing, and fast. COVID certainly accelerated the shift, but it was going in this direction anyway. For many companies, attitudes and policies surrounding remote work and flexible scheduling have progressed from reluctant necessity to broad acceptance, all in less than 18 months.

Don’t be surprised when many of your employees resist coming back to the office or have different work-life priorities. They’ve had 18 months to settle into new routines that they prefer over the old ones.
Read on for recommendations as you put your work-from-home or hybrid work policies together at your organization. Read More.

Mental Health America makes the move from Luminate CRM to NPSP
Streamlining for staff success: Mental Health America (MHA) was created in 1909 to address the needs of those living with mental illness and promote mental health as a critical part of overall wellness. Since then, MHA has become the nation’s leading community-based nonprofit promoting mental health. MHA’s programs fall into three main areas – policy and advocacy; education and outreach; and information and referral services.
MHA was using highly customized versions of the Luminate Customer Relationship Management (LCRM) and Luminate Online (LO) systems which had aged poorly, no longer served MHA’s complex needs cost-effectively, and would become obsolete in June 2022. We worked with MHA staff to demonstrate how Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack could meet their needs and to build an appropriate training plan for adoption success across phases. Read More.
