Pledge 1%: A Year of Volunteering in Review
Through our participation in Pledge 1%, Fíonta employees can utilize 1% of their annual work hours in pursuit of individual volunteerism. Last year, employees recorded just shy of 500 hours of volunteerism and many of us included our partners and family in the fun! From food pantries to ESL tutoring to rescue animals to biking 545 miles, our employees put their 1% to good use.
