When combined with a Salesforce Community, grantees can apply via a secure, web-based portal for grants. The review and approval process is automated – from notification of initial submissions through the automated creation of editable acceptance or declination letters to applicants. After award, Salesforce manages the tracking of all required paperwork, grant funding, grantee deliverables, submission of reimbursable grantee expenses, grantee communications, the collection of impact / other evaluation metrics, and grant reporting and close out.
