Danny has spent the last decade and a half working at various nonprofit organizations, charities, government agencies, and campaigns. He’s worked on many complex projects and was a key partner with Salesforce.org launching Philanthropy Cloud. He loves working with teams to find clarity from the ambiguity and then figure out how to simplify, streamline, and automate. One of his professional passions is helping people get their heads above the water of the daily tedium of tasks so they can stretch their creative muscle and vision towards paths of more significant impact and happiness in day-to-day work and life.
Danny has a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Post-Graduate Customer Experience Certificate (CX) from the University of Richmond, VA. He is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Mongolia). He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Danny lives in Adams Morgan, DC, with his wife, toddler, and dog. You can find him playing soccer, skiing, mah jong, euchre, or planning his next adventure in his spare time.
