As Fíonta’s Digital Services Manager, Erin oversees strategy and execution for web projects. With over a decade of experience sitting at both sides of the table – first as a site administrator and content editor, and then as a web project manager – Erin applies her understanding of organizational goals, user needs, and technical requirements to achieving successful projects for nonprofits and associations. Her communications and basic web development background allows her to effectively “speak geek” and guide clients through building or enhancing their websites.
Erin first joined Fíonta in 2015 as a project manager. Previously she was an online communications specialist for global law firms, managing site build and redesign projects as well as ongoing maintenance, content management, analytics reporting, and CMS training. She earned her B.A. in English: Modern Studies at the University of Virginia and first developed her web chops while blogging for university-based and national feminist organizations.
Erin lives in D.C. where she enjoys hiking in Rock Creek Park, visiting museums, and checking out local events and festivals. She is also active in organizations focused on advancing opportunities and building communities for women and girls, including FemEx and Girls on the Run.
