Lane has always had a mind for business and technology and a heart for social impact. She brings depth and breadth of nonprofit experience from 20 years of serving in youth development, education, and healthcare organizations across a full spectrum of roles from direct program services, administration, fundraising, executive leadership, business analysis, and consulting. Lane continually found ways to leverage technology to help nonprofit organizations achieve new levels of scale, agility, efficiency, and service to create lasting, positive change. After designing, adopting, and administering multiple database systems over the years, she fell in love with Salesforce at first sight.
Her most incredible recent professional thrill was serving as a Business Analyst for a national nonprofit’s implementation of the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack. Lane is a humble leader, voracious learner, and compassionate collaborator with a BA in Geography from the University of Colorado – Boulder and an MA in Education from Adams State University. She currently holds one Salesforce Certification with plans to earn more.
In her spare time, Lane savors the myriad opportunities for hiking, skiing, and long-distance road biking in her “backyard” around Steamboat Springs in the mountains of northwest Colorado. Her teenage son, Sal, is an avid Big Mountain skiing and Mountain Bike Enduro competitor. She loves cheering him on but gets a few grey hairs watching each event.
