Sonia has been working in the association and nonprofit industry for the past 20 years. Having spent most of her professional career on the membership and operations side of associations, she realized she enjoyed finding solutions to software-related issues. Her goal is to help organizations improve their processes so their staff can be more efficient and productive.
After graduating from The Ohio State University, Sonia spent 19 years in Chicago, IL, and now calls Seattle, WA home. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator.
Sonia enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, taking spin classes, and watching college football (Go Bucks!).
