Stephanie Byng is a data-driven information technology generalist with a passion for continuous improvement and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficient in database management/administration, business analysis, technology strategy, and web design. She has over 8 years of experience in managing the entire lifecycle of technological solutions to support and improve business processes within nonprofits and higher education organizations, including research, development, user acceptance testing, implementation, and management. Adept at translating end-user business needs into application and operational requirements. Has a natural curiosity about information management, enjoys solving complex challenges, and loves all things data.
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing a master’s in information management degree from the University of Maryland. In her spare time, she enjoys creating Lego buildings for an o-scale model train layout in her basement, learning to play the cello, binging Doctor Who, and wandering along the C&O canal towpath.
