Stephanie Byng is a data-driven information technology generalist with a passion for continuous improvement and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficient in database management/administration, business analysis, technology strategy, and web design, Stephanie has over eight years of experience in managing the entire lifecycle of technological solutions to support and improve business processes within nonprofits and higher education organizations, including research, development, user acceptance testing, implementation, and management. She is adept at translating end-user business needs into application and operational requirements and has a natural curiosity about information management, enjoys solving complex challenges, and loves all things data. Stephanie is a certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and has reached the esteemed level of Ranger for having completed over 160 Salesforce Trailhead Badges.
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing a master’s in information management degree from the University of Maryland. In her spare time, she enjoys creating Lego buildings for an o-scale model train layout in her basement, learning to play the cello, binging Doctor Who, and wandering along the C&O canal towpath.
