Cindy Lackow’s experience as a manager spans back to 1983, and she has been consulting on CRM systems since 2006. She currently maintains several Salesforce certifications, leads association projects, and is a line manager. Cindy’s skills at juggling multiple priorities, projects, and people have led to her success as a consultant and manager. She thrives on helping people and organizations meet their goals, and she takes pride in the success of both.
In her free time, Cindy can be found swimming, hiking, kayaking, gardening, listening and dancing to live music, and spending most of her time outdoors, either in the mountains, at the beach, or out and about in the Metro DC area. She loves animals and adopted a puppy named Reggie in 2022. Cindy fostered children from 2006 – 2011; more recently, Cindy volunteers with FOHA, walking dogs waiting for their ‘furever home,’ works seasonally to deliver holiday gifts to local families in need, and donates blood and platelets to the American Red Cross.
