Like fine wine (or fíon in Gaelic), Fíonta represents remarkable individual components coming together in balance to create an experience greater than the sum of its parts.
Since our founding in 2001, our mission has been to serve the needs of nonprofit organizations and associations with best-in-class strategies and solutions. We combine the exceptional offerings from Salesforce, including the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Experience and Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), with user experience and design methodologies. Fíonta is a Salesforce Premium and Fonteva partner.
A US-based, woman-majority and women-owned business, Fíonta has provided services to almost 1,200 associations and nonprofit organizations of varying sizes. We maintain a 5-star rating on the Salesforce AppExchange for our service, and our web design portfolio has been recognized with dozens of awards. Additionally, you’ll frequently find us at conferences giving presentations about delivering and measuring impact, using Salesforce to create efficiencies and streamline program management, and more.
Our Core Values
Since 2001, Fíonta’s Core Purpose has held true – Helping impact-driven organizations leverage technology as a force for change. It’s the driving reason why we exist and is an essential pillar of our “culture by design.”
Our Core Values provide a framework for how our team carries out their work and makes decisions. As fundamental principles that govern our behavior, our values exemplify what our clients should expect from us.
- Assume positive intent
- Do what’s right even when hard
- Meet people and organizations where they are
- Be conscientious
- Always be improving
Our Principles
Fíonta values a diversity of beliefs. We are a majority-woman, progressive firm, dedicated to using the power of technology as a force for good. The company stands behind these principles and we believe:
- In democracy
- In science
- In the separation of church and state
- In anti-discrimination in all areas of life based on race, sex, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identification
- That too many children and innocent people have died because of guns. We support changes to our gun safety laws to keep everyone safe from harm.
- Individuals have a right to bodily autonomy – including reproductive rights
Our Commitment
Fíonta is a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace, where we strive to ensure that all employees and contractors, whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, or disability, feel valued and respected. We are committed to a nondiscriminatory approach and provide equal opportunity for employment and advancement in all our departments, programs, and worksites. We respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages and ensure that all voices are heard and considered. We have recently begun our own introspective project, a corporate investment to educate our staff on anti-racism, being humble in acknowledging that we always can and should learn more and do more.

Inspired by Salesforce and many other exemplary corporate citizens, Fíonta participates in the Pledge 1% program and commits 1% of our equity, time, and product to others. For Fíonta, this means that we donate 1% of our equity to nonprofit organizations in our community (and voted upon by our employees), 1% of our time in volunteer hours (to be used by all employees at a nonprofit organization of their choosing), and 1% of our “product” (consulting).
