Jessica has been a member of the Salesforce ecosystem since 2018, making the transition from certified Salesforce Administrator to Consultant in 2021. Since then, she has earned several additional Salesforce certifications (along with Fonteva credentials), with Nimble certification on the horizon. Presently, Jessica serves as a Solution Success Manager within Fíonta's Managed Services team.

In this role, she gets to fully immerse herself in the ongoing care and configuration enhancement of her clients’ Salesforce platforms, with a special focus on user experience and aesthetics to improve end-user adoption, ensuring that an organization's CRM platform serves as a single source of truth. Having worked for both small and large nonprofits before joining Fíonta, Jessica understands the importance of this to an organization’s mission and bottom line. Not to be too dramatic, but it hurts her soul to see underutilized platform investments, unreliable reporting and analytics, and manual workarounds that drain already limited resources.

A proud Washingtonian, Jessica didn’t go far for school—with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a master’s from The George Washington University. She can’t imagine living anywhere else (though Seattle and London come close). In her spare time, Jess enjoys using her dad’s hand-me-down power tools for DIY home improvement projects, rewatching Star Wars while working on space-themed puzzles, exploring Rock Creek Park, and cuddling with her canine companion, Bella. As a newly minted aunt, she’s excited to add her Padawan nephew to that list.
