Melissa is a senior project manager with Fíonta and has over 15+ years of project management leadership and expertise. She brings a wealth of experience and passion for supporting the success of nonprofits by helping clients maximize their efficiency and impact.  

Melissa has developed the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships while creating strategic alliances to align and support key business initiatives effectively and successfully. Her superpower is solving issues, quickly gaining consensus, and building trust. Prior to working within the Salesforce nonprofit partner ecosystem, she enjoyed roles as a senior project manager, delivery manager, program manager, product manager, and consultant for many IT organizations, ranging from smaller boutique firms to Fortune 500 companies.  

Melissa is working on her dissertation as a Ph.D. candidate in Information Technology specializing in Project Management. She also has a Master’s degree in Project Management and actively supports other project management professionals/students to pursue ongoing professional and education opportunities.  

Melissa is from Georgia and is a mother of two teenagers. She loves creating adventures with family and friends.
