Pamela brings a servant leadership style and deep experience in the nonprofit, philanthropy, and technology spaces. She has worked as a senior account executive for the nonprofit practice for over 20 years and in the Salesforce ecosystem for nearly 10 years, supporting system integrators and independent software vendors (SI/ISV) sales efforts focused on enterprise customers.

Besides making people laugh, her superpower is relationship building. Truth and trust are central to her consultative style. It has fostered great success for clients, as well as coworkers, over long periods. Pamela enjoys being at the forefront of technology change within organizations. To that end, she has brought digital transformation to several Fortune 500 companies in various roles, including as a software developer, business analyst, program officer, and executive director, before pivoting to becoming a philanthropic software solution evangelist and providing some of the earliest and best-loved solutions in the foundation space.

Pamela believes deeply in the power of people to make change through their time, talent, and treasure. She works with numerous volunteer organizations and co-founded Austin Social Venture Partners. Pamela earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Pamela is a New York sports fan by birth and choice. A wife and mother to four humans and one cat, she devotes what spare time she has to playing tennis, tennis, tennis!
