Stephanie Byng is a data-driven information technology generalist with a passion for continuous improvement and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficient in database management/design, business analysis, technology strategy, and web design, Stephanie has over ten years of experience in managing the entire lifecycle of technological solutions to support and improve business processes within nonprofits from discovery through implementation, user acceptance testing, and training. She is adept at translating end-user business needs into application and operational requirements and has a natural curiosity about information management, enjoys solving complex challenges, and loves all things data. Stephanie is 8x Salesforce certified, and has reached the esteemed level of Ranger for having completed over 160 Salesforce Trailhead Badges.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University and has completed graduate courses in information management from the University of Maryland. In her spare time, she enjoys creating with Lego, doing home improvement projects, binging Doctor Who, and wandering along the C&O canal towpath.
