Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to partner with our President to understand and improve financial and project operations within our client-facing team. The day-to-day includes managing the contracts process, analyzing financial and project data, and improving our data sources and tools to improve our forecasting and planning capabilities. Our ideal candidate has a background in project management and/or finance, with a strong understanding of data analytics. This role will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and is likely to evolve as our business and capabilities change.

Senior Salesforce Consultant – Associations Experience

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant with an area of expertise in Associations and membership management to oversee projects from the initial project phase through execution in collaboration with or without a team. The day-to-day includes gathering requirements from client stakeholders, determining off-the-shelf and custom solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce-based Association Management Systems (AMSs) best practices, overseeing the implementation of declarative work, custom development, data migrations, and system tool integrations. Depending on the level of experience and expertise, also included is mentoring more junior team members and support team members learning Salesforce-based AMSs. Our ideal candidate has a background in Salesforce consulting, specifically with associations and AMSs, and has worked on small multidisciplinary teams. While deep experience is necessary for this role, we are also looking for someone who can scale to our environment and build trust while adapting their expertise to our model.

Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to assist in the growth of our Salesforce business. You will own a book of business based on relationships and territory, strategizing Salesforce-based solutions and plans for predominantly association clients. You will be responsible for the overall strategy for increasing Fionta’s pipeline, creating and executing plans and tactics.

Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components such as integration, data migration, implementation, security, and custom development. The candidate must have strong leadership and mentorship skills to ensure successful technical oversight of multiple resources at varying levels as well as the technical soundness and integrity of the delivered product.
