Enhance Outcomes for Children & Youth Services Organizations

Children & Youth Services

Children and youth services organizations connect young people and families with critical resources like education, housing, counseling, and after-school programs.

When data is scattered across different systems, families may struggle to access services, and staff lose valuable time.

A human-centered system like Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud removes these barriers. Families complete applications without confusion, staff gain a full picture of each child’s needs and donors see the direct impact of their giving.

The right technology makes certain that no child is left waiting for support. Want to learn more?

What our clients are saying

Bread for the City logo

Fíonta clearly has a recipe for success for Raiser's Edge to Salesforce migrations. I consider us lucky to have had their solid team and rich expertise leading us through the daunting and ambitious project. It was a lot of work, but we came out with better tools and more ownership of our data.

A lot of implementation partners don't act as true "partners" but Fíonta absolutely did! We felt like true partners throughout the project and as a result, our transition to Pardot was smooth and our team felt ready to jump right into the product without any hitches from the implementation. A breath of fresh air for our organization!

The tools Fíonta has at its disposal make the conversion process a breeze. I have been through this process a few times in my career, and this is, without a doubt, the easiest and most efficient conversion I have ever experienced. I highly recommend that all member-based nonprofits give Fíonta serious consideration for their needs.

Like Mobile Pathways, Fionta believes in the power of technology to change lives. Their nimble Salesforce experts built Hola Asistente alongside our team, which uses Salesforce and Twilio texting to help marginalized immigrants access justice on their phones. Nothing is more inspirational than working alongside expert partners who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of so many people.

We hired Fionta to help us design a digital case management solution for our children's program, to be used by staff in low-bandwidth and developing world contexts. Our solution leveraged Program Management Module and the Non Profit Starter Pack, as well as an offline data collection tool they recommended, TaroWorks, for our offline users, and an experience website, for our online users.

Fionta's approach was unique because they flexed to our needs. They adapted solutions to meet our unique circumstances, and were flexible to collaborate with our internal staff on the build. Ultimately, this helped our internal staff understand and own our solution, which means we will be able to maintain it going forward.

Fionta brings expertise and excellence in project management, technical know-how, and an understanding of the unique needs and challenges of nonprofits.
