Simplify Engagement for Community-Based Organizations

Building a stronger, more connected community with Fíonta and Salesforce

Families seeking support shouldn’t face barriers when enrolling in programs. Staff should be able to focus on delivering services, not wrestling with outdated systems. Volunteers want to contribute their time without struggling with confusing sign-ups and disorganized scheduling.

When information is scattered, critical services can be delayed, and engagement suffers. A connected approach ensures that families access the help they need without unnecessary hurdles, staff spend more time making an impact, and volunteers stay engaged and informed—so community-based organizations can do what they do best: support and uplift their communities. Want to learn more?

What our clients are saying

American Short Line And Regional Railroad Association

Fíonta’s Managed Services (Accent) team has been a very helpful resource for our small association. Our ongoing arrangement with Accent has allowed us to establish a productive cadence to address small configuration changes with their support. While having continuous conversations to make sure we’re keeping an eye on long-term needs, the flexibility to engage with the broader Fíonta team when we need support to complete more resource-intensive projects.

Fíonta was able to design sophisticated solutions so my team could maintain and update them going forward. As a smaller nonprofit, it’s essential that the solution not only meets our needs now but is built to grow with us.

We hired Fionta to help us design a digital case management solution for our children's program, to be used by staff in low-bandwidth and developing world contexts. Our solution leveraged Program Management Module and the Non Profit Starter Pack, as well as an offline data collection tool they recommended, TaroWorks, for our offline users, and an experience website, for our online users.

Fionta's approach was unique because they flexed to our needs. They adapted solutions to meet our unique circumstances, and were flexible to collaborate with our internal staff on the build. Ultimately, this helped our internal staff understand and own our solution, which means we will be able to maintain it going forward.

Fionta brings expertise and excellence in project management, technical know-how, and an understanding of the unique needs and challenges of nonprofits.

We've been blown away by the quality of Fíonta's work product as well as the communication from the design and development teams throughout.

All of our feedback and desires were taken into account from the start of the project and the Fíonta team did a great job synthesizing everything into a website that more than delivers on our initial vision.

Fíonta gets it! Our organization had been frustratingly overwhelmed with Salesforce and displeased with our initial partner and implementation. With Fíonta, we were able to realign our Salesforce implementation with our real work business needs as a multi-layered nonprofit. Fíonta has been in the trenches and understands the needs of foundations and nonprofits.

Fíonta clearly has a recipe for success for Raiser's Edge to Salesforce migrations. I consider us lucky to have had their solid team and rich expertise leading us through the daunting and ambitious project. It was a lot of work, but we came out with better tools and more ownership of our data.
