Stabilizing Salesforce for Vasculitis Foundation

The Vasculitis Foundation works with and for patients with vasculitis and their care partners, families, physicians, and researchers. Its mission is to promote early diagnosis, better treatments, and an improved quality of life for those affected by vasculitis. Salesforce plays a key role in advancing that mission, helping the Foundation create a complete view of constituents, including donors, patients, and event participants.

Supporting Immigrants Rising Through a Pivotal Transition

Helping a mission-driven organization prepare for independence with a sustainable grants management solution Immigrants Rising empowers undocumented young people in the United States to achieve educational and career goals through personal, institutional, and policy transformation. In 2024, the organization began transitioning from being a fiscally-sponsored project of Community Initiatives to becoming an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This transition required Immigrants Rising to build internal systems and processes that its fiscal sponsor had previously managed. One critical area of focus was inbound grant tracking, which had been handled entirely in Excel spreadsheets and now needed to be centralized, reportable, and scalable.

Streamlining operations to better serve families

Ronald McDonald House of the Triangle (RMHC Triangle) is a new chapter that combines Durham and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. RMHC Triangle is building a foundation for sustained growth in the future. In 2023, both chapters merged, doubling to become the 8th largest Ronald McDonald House organization in the United States. They offer a comforting home away from home and a community of support for seriously ill children and their families, built with love. The recent merger between chapters emphasized the need to streamline and unify procedures and the tools used to serve the community, which prompted migrating from Exceed Premier and Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). The new organization would need a rock-solid foundation to support future program growth.

What our clients are saying

Fíonta was able to design sophisticated solutions so my team could maintain and update them going forward. As a smaller nonprofit, it’s essential that the solution not only meets our needs now but is built to grow with us. BAYCAT
A lot of implementation partners don't act as true "partners" but Fíonta absolutely did! We felt like true partners throughout the project and as a result, our transition to Pardot was smooth and our team felt ready to jump right into the product without any hitches from the implementation. A breath of fresh air for our organization! The Chicago Council on Global Affairs
They followed our lead when it came to dependencies, complexities, and details and utilized  their expertise and knowledge of Salesforce to help us make connections and recommendations. Prison Fellowship International
I definitely want to work with Fíonta again. The value they provided exceeded my expectations. Great design, scalable solutions, timely turnaround, and appropriate risk management are just a few reasons why I prefer Fíonta over other partners. They finished on time and within budget, too! Achievement Network
We had a hard deadline for the implementation of Pardot. Fíonta designed a plan that met our needs and timeline. It was a team effort, but we launched on-time with a small amount of budget left-over for additional services. United Soccer Coaches
We were completely unfamiliar with Salesforce and how we could fully utilize it. The team was instrumental in keeping the project on track by providing a full scope of work, making suggestions, timely budget updates, addressing any questions, and providing solutions to issues or training when necessary.
