As we begin dismantling holidays rooted in inequity and bigotry, we can choose to gather with loved ones and friends on Thanksgiving and spend quality time together and give back or perform impactful services within our community.
The holiday season can be stressful, especially for those who experience food insecurity or are having trouble making ends meet. Luckily, it’s easier than ever to get involved locally by donating time, money, or goods through a community-based organization.

- Donate gently used coats to a coat drive with One Warm Coat
- Deliver and/or sort meals with Meals on Wheels
- Organize a food drive
