Fíonta and our client, Mobile Pathways, presented on the topic of using mobile messaging and Salesforce to help communicate with immigrants and refugees who are attempting to gain lawful access to the United States at Dreamforce 2019.
Mobile Pathways uses Salesforce to text message stakeholders life-saving information. From initial user subscription through to ‘robots-calling-robots’, every element and action is centrally managed on the platform. Their approach allowed internal staff to own and control a great deal of the process, reducing development and operational costs, while empowering individuals.
