Fíonta works with nonprofits daily, leveraging our expertise as a Salesforce Premium Partner to provide innovative solutions that help these organizations achieve their missions. As a company committed to positively impacting our community, we are proud to be a part of the Pledge 1% movement.
Through Pledge 1%, we have committed to donating 1% of our profit to charitable causes. But our involvement continues beyond there. We also encourage our employees to give back by giving them paid time off to volunteer and matching their donations to nonprofit organizations.
Since joining Pledge 1% in 2017, our employees have donated nearly 1,800 hours and counting to support various causes. These volunteer efforts have significantly impacted our community, helping to address critical issues such as hunger, homelessness, and access to education.
At Fíonta, our commitment to Pledge 1% reflects our core values and desire to create a better world. By empowering our employees to engage and support their communities, we are building a culture of philanthropy and making a lasting impact on those in need.
