Erika May McNichol, VP Business Development

Erika has worked with nonprofit and association clients for over 15 years, helping them envision, solution, and implement mission-critical technology. Her career includes leadership roles in product development, delivery, and partnerships. Erika has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for the past 10 years and is a Salesforce certified Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and Pardot Specialist. Her current role focuses on strategically and sustainably growing Fíonta’s Salesforce practice. In previous roles at Convio and Blackbaud, Erika was responsible for developing the migration and mapping program to move clients from Common Ground Enterprise (RIP) to Luminate CRM, and where she first learned about Salesforce for nonprofits. She is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
