Salesforce and CMS integration
As one of the few Salesforce for Nonprofits partners with full in-house web capabilities, Fíonta has unique expertise in integrating Drupal and WordPress with Salesforce.
Whether you are looking for a seamless user experience via single sign-on (SSO) or a fully integrated portal, our Digital Services team will work with you to find the right level of integration needed to ensure your audience has access to the right data at the right time.
Audiences expect a seamless user experience with the ability to interact with their data in your systems efficiently. Organizations must dictate the journey for audiences so they interact with the touchpoints designed for them quickly and without logging into multiple systems. As such, we work with our partners to create a seamless user experience with the right technical solution.
Full integration
With full integration, you can build a supporter portal within your website where members, board members, donors, or program participants can log in and update their information, renew their membership, see all their donations, and view content only for them—all on your website. You can integrate with Salesforce via a plugin or module or connect your CMS, Salesforce, and other data sources to a unified front-end.
You can also gate content using criteria captured by Salesforce and provide each user with a personalized experience. This allows you to grant access to particular areas or content based on their member level or prioritize types of articles based on specific data you’ve captured in your CRM about their preferences.
Preexisting Lightning web components
Using Lighting Out technology, you can give your audience access to the functionality you’ve already built within Salesforce. Process donations and memberships, allow volunteers to select shifts, or give foundations access to grant information at any point in the application process.
You can also learn how supporters interact with your web content using a secure connection to your Salesforce database. You can track user interactions after login to understand how users engage with specific areas of your website.
To ensure data flows directly from your website into Salesforce, we work with clients to use form builders to funnel data directly into Salesforce, integrate an existing form, or embed Web-to-Lead or Web-to-Case forms. Submitted forms and surveys on your website can be sent back to Salesforce, allowing you to gather additional user information.
