A previous discovery phase with a Salesforce partner had produced a multi-tabbed spreadsheet of general recommendations. While helpful as a starting point, the document lacked the specificity and alignment needed to move forward. Fíonta stepped in to clarify priorities, align technology with operations, and implement a solution designed to evolve with the organization.
