One of its most important digital resources is Treatment Atlas, a searchable tool that helps individuals find treatment providers based on their needs. Because people rely on the platform during critical moments, performance, usability, and data accuracy are essential.
After experiencing ongoing challenges with a previous web support vendor, Shatterproof partnered with Fíonta to stabilize and enhance its Drupal platform. Through managed services, our team improved site performance, strengthened analytics, refined the user experience, and established a more efficient release process, allowing Shatterproof to continue evolving Treatment Atlas while better supporting those seeking care.
Challenges

Implemented Google Tag Manager data layers and expanded GA4 tracking to provide deeper insight into user behavior, assessment completion, treatment recommendations, filter usage, and engagement across the site. Resolved filter inconsistencies, improved desktop and mobile usability, simplified long-form content with expandable sections, introduced persistent contact calls to action, and transitioned forms from custom iframes to native Drupal functionality for a more seamless experience. - Platform performance
