Teresa has been involved with the end-end implementation of software systems and data migrations for 30 years; in her career, that translates to hundreds of projects. As a Math major who graduated from UVA, Teresa is a very left-brained analytical thinker. She started her career working on very large custom government and commercial systems but transitioned to working solely for nonprofits over 18 years ago when Confluence/Fíonta was formed. At Fíonta, she initially developed custom database applications, but now focuses on migrating clients of all sizes to Salesforce (with a particular focus on the data migration as she is known as a "data whisperer").  

Teresa lives in Fairfax County, VA with her husband and two teenagers. She enjoys spending her free time playing tennis and volleyball, doing extreme activities (like skydiving, hang-gliding, zip-lining, ropes courses, and roller coasters) with her very adventurous family, traveling to a multitude of her children's sporting events to root them on, and taking relaxing beach and lake vacations.
