
Director of Marketing
Brooke is the Director of Marketing at Fíonta, focused on building and optimizing go-to-market programs that connect nonprofit and association organizations with the technology solutions they need to grow.
Brooke has spent her career leading demand generation and lifecycle marketing efforts within the Salesforce ecosystem. She began her practical Salesforce experience as an accidental administrator, taking ownership of integrating Salesforce with HubSpot during her company’s initial CRM implementation, a skill that transferred well when she worked in the same systems in her next role.
Before joining Fíonta, Brooke held marketing leadership roles across consulting, SaaS, and highly technical and scientific industries, where she developed integrated strategies that connected marketing efforts directly to pipeline and revenue. Her work has centered on aligning marketing and sales through clear lifecycle definitions, scalable campaign frameworks, and data-driven decision making. She is especially passionate about creating systems that not only perform today but continue to scale cleanly over time.
Throughout her career, Brooke has combined hands-on execution with strategic leadership, partnering closely with sales and executive teams to improve funnel performance, attribution, and overall go-to-market effectiveness.
Based in Pennsylvania, Brooke lives with her husband, Allen, and their pets, which consist of two herding-breed dogs and their supervisor, a cranky 20-year old tomcat. She loves animals, food, music, and traveling, and is always in the middle of reading a new book.
