Emily brings 25 years of experience in higher education and a lifelong commitment to lifting others and advancing community success. As a Senior Account Executive at Fíonta, she leads with a consultative, relationship-first approach and a core belief that when people have the right tools and support, they can change the world.

Before joining Fíonta, Emily served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Ad Astra, where she partnered with colleges and universities to identify solutions and data-informed strategies that improved student success, expanded access, and enhanced institutional effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Student Services at a community college, leading all aspects of enrollment management and student development.

Deeply committed to community service, she served on the board of Family Service Society and as an ambassador for The Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center, both focused on supporting families in crisis and promoting safety and stability in western Kentucky.

Having lived in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Dallas, and Nashville throughout her career, Emily ultimately returned home to Kentucky Lake, where she enjoys lake life with her husband and their mini Aussiedoodle, Jordy Blue. Her change of scenery provides daily inspiration, surrounded by a neighboring nest of eagles, grazing deer and a nearby herd of bison.
