Mike Kikta

Mike began his career in the nonprofit sector as a program analyst - building, analyzing, and maintaining data collection tools for a growing workforce development nonprofit based in Denver, Colorado. He loves working with teams to develop flexible, scalable, and intelligent solutions that are easy to maintain by organizations with a lot of demands on their time and resources. As a consultant, Mike has worked with nonprofit and education clients, covering roles from pre-sales solution engineering to project tech lead. He prides himself on translating practical needs into technical requirements. He also holds, at present, 10 Salesforce certifications, including Nonprofit Consultant, Application Architect, and Platform Developer I.

Mike lives in Chicago, Illinois, not far from his hometown of Rockford. He's an avid musician, primarily playing the trombone in bands of all kinds, but especially New Orleans-style brass bands. When he's not in rehearsal, he loves developing interesting new recipes, biking around the city, and listening to records with his partner on the couch with their cat, Spooky.
