Washington, D.C.—Fíonta, a mission-driven Salesforce consulting firm serving nonprofits, foundations, and associations, is pleased to announce Meg Hutson’s promotion from Vice President of Delivery to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.
Since joining Fíonta in 2023, Meg has been instrumental in scaling the company’s delivery operations, strengthening client relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Her leadership has profoundly impacted the organization, and the Board unanimously selected her as CEO to continue driving Fíonta’s mission and growth.
Meg has over 25 years of experience in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem, spanning sales, consulting, and leadership roles. She began in pre-sales at Siebel and Salesforce, later leading a commercial excellence program before moving into consulting over a decade ago. She is passionate about helping organizations enhance customer and partner experiences while driving efficiency and change. Meg is a dedicated mentor and coach committed to developing her teams and holds six Salesforce certifications.
She earned a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from William & Mary.
