Using Community Cloud for virtual board portal

Board members play a critical role in the formation, strategic oversight, and governance of associations and nonprofit organizations. In advance of board meetings, members typically need to review any number of documents – from financial statements and annual reports to changes in the bylaws or policy, and more. Beyond regularly planned meetings, board members need a communications tool, and, as much as possible, communications should be centralized and not buried within emails.
