Ashley Goad
she/herAshley started her career working for a small software consulting firm as an account executive and recruiter. From there she recognized her ability to easily consume and understand complex software implementations. She was intrigued by technical aspects of the implementations, and 18 years ago, she shifted gears and began her technical career. She has developed her technical skills over time from being a software programmer to leading a team as a technical consultant driving the development of tools and processes to make data migrations optimized, thoughtful, and quality-driven. As part of the implementation team, Ashley has worked with very small nonprofit organizations to large universities migrating from a variety of CRM platforms. Ashley is a certified Salesforce Administrator.
Ashley just recently returned back “home” to Southwestern Virginia after leaving the Charleston low country life of almost 13 years. She shares her life with her husband, three sons, one daughter, one fancy rat, and three spoiled rotten dogs. When not working you will find Ashley exploring the outdoors with her family traveling, fishing, kayaking, camping, or hiking. She also loves to tour wineries, learn about different cuisines, and host dinner parties.
