Unifying Platforms and People

PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies,  is a global resource for the packaging and processing industry, uniting the industry across the manufacturing supply chain. PMMI produces PACK EXPO,  one of the largest trade shows in the world and supports a broad stakeholder network through events, education, and member services. Beginning in 2021, Fíonta partnered with PMMI to drive a comprehensive digital transformation, including migrating outdated legacy tools into a Salesforce and Fonteva environment, building custom engagement logic, and launching a member-facing portal. After completing a major build in 2023, Fíonta transitioned PMMI to Accent managed services.

Modernizing Grant Management and Impact Reporting

Family League of Baltimore is a nonprofit intermediary organization that supports the well-being of children and families in Baltimore through strategic investments in education, youth development, and family support services. By partnering with local organizations, Family League helps deliver impactful programs that create lasting change in underserved communities. When Family League sought to modernize its grant management and reporting systems, it turned to Fíonta for support. A previous discovery phase with a Salesforce partner had produced a multi-tabbed spreadsheet of general recommendations. While helpful as a starting point, the document lacked the specificity and alignment needed to move forward. Fíonta stepped in to clarify priorities, align technology with operations, and implement a solution designed to evolve with the organization.

Salesforce plays a key role in advancing that mission, helping the Foundation create a complete view of constituents, including donors, patients, and event participants.
