Tracking and Allocating Funds for HBCU Students
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is the nation’s largest organization exclusively representing the Black College Community.
Founded in 1987 and named for the US Supreme Court’s first African-American justice, Thurgood Marshall, TMCF provides students with the opportunities and tools necessary to succeed in their journeys to college and into their careers. TMCF seeks to change the world…one leader at a time.
TMCF, as the nation’s largest organization dedicated to the Black College Community, has been empowering students since its establishment in 1987. TMCF partnered with Fíonta to maximize the potential of Salesforce, leveraging centralized data to achieve fundraising targets and facilitate sophisticated development efforts.

Streamlining Fundraising for Critical Human Services
Bread for the City (BFC) has worked for over 40 years to provide low-income residents of Washington, DC, with essential goods and services, from food, clothing, and diapers to legal advocacy and medical care.
The organization’s two centers serve approximately 31,000 DC residents annually in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. After wrestling with an inadequate legacy solution, BFC needed to move to a system that was easier for staff to use, integrated better with its accounting tool, and offered more robust marketing automation capabilities to fuel donor engagement.
Salesforce was already in use elsewhere in the organization, so BFC also decided to harness its powerful functionality for fundraising.

Connecting Caseworkers With Data
Prison Fellowship International (PFI) has a global footprint and has been restoring prisoners, assisting their families, and reintegrating them into the community for over four decades.
PFI has faced several challenges, including the absence of a centralized system for program management, reliance on spreadsheets and local files to track cases, limited internet access for caseworkers in remote locations, and slow communication between the field and the international office. To address these issues, PFI sought a solution connecting caseworkers with key stakeholders and enabling efficient data management.
