Prison Fellowship International (PFI) has a global footprint and has been restoring prisoners, assisting their families, and reintegrating them into the community for over four decades.

PFI has faced several challenges, including the absence of a centralized system for program management, reliance on spreadsheets and local files to track cases, limited internet access for caseworkers in remote locations, and slow communication between the field and the international office.
