Streamlining operations to better serve families

Ronald McDonald House of the Triangle (RMHC Triangle) is a new chapter that combines Durham and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. RMHC Triangle is building a foundation for sustained growth in the future. In 2023, both chapters merged, doubling to become the 8th largest Ronald McDonald House organization in the United States. They offer a comforting home away from home and a community of support for seriously ill children and their families, built with love. The recent merger between chapters emphasized the need to streamline and unify procedures and the tools used to serve the community, which prompted migrating from Exceed Premier and Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). The new organization would need a rock-solid foundation to support future program growth.

Creating a safe place for members to heal and support one another

Alliance for Safety and Justice is building a future in which all communities are “Just Safe.” It is a multi-state advocacy organization that combines smart policy reform with organizing and representing survivors, people with old records, and the organizations that serve them. ASJ contracted with Fíonta to build an Experience Cloud portal catering to two of its core programs: Crime Survivors for Safety (CSSJ) and TimeDone. These initiatives offer assistance and community to both crime survivors and people with old records. The primary objective was to establish a secure, authenticated online platform, enabling program members to interact, support one another, and engage with program services to influence local, state, and national policies. Association

Securing member data and access online

The American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) is respected for its dedication to industrial hygiene and occupational and environmental health and safety communities. This membership-based organization founded in the New Deal era has stayed relevant to its growing membership by providing robust benefits, many of which are now accessible through its digital properties. These include a WordPress website fully integrated with Fonteva, an Association Management Solution (AMS) built on Salesforce. Under our guidance, the website was migrated to a new hosting solution, Pantheon, without disrupting member services or access. Visit website
